Banksaku is a digital banking application that provides recording and financial management features. This feature makes it easier for users to record incoming and outgoing expenses and manage their budget into savings that can be divided according to the user's wishes. This design is the result of my mini project challenge while studying at Binar Academy and completed using the Design Thinking method.
Based on the results of interviews and research, we found several problem statements experienced by users, the majority of respondents said that they found it difficult to record their finances because there were very few applications that provided this feature and there was no account number copy feature. Other users also provided feedback through our findings in the Customer Journey Map, namely that users wanted physical cards for digital banks.

After understanding the company's needs and expectations, I designed an application based on a problem solving frameworks and created a low-fidelity prototype. I ran user testing with 10 participants and incorporated the feedback to refine the design, resulting in an 80% satisfaction rate. Subsequently, I created a higlh-fidelity prototype.
