At-a-Glance 👀

Teras Coffee is a mobile application for coffee shop customers who feel annoyed when queuing and the queue at the coffee shop is long and long, then I have a solution that is to create an application that helps customers can order menus and book places online without having to queue at the coffee shop location. This design is the result of my project challenge while studying at Binar Academy and completed with the Design Thinking method.

Problem

A small coffee shop that has many customers. But lately they have a problem that the queue from the coffee shop is very long, so many customers are disappointed because they don't get the place they want.

Process

After understanding user needs and expectations, I designed the application based on a problem-solving framework and created a low-fidelity prototype. I ran a user test with 5 participants and entered feedback to refine the design, Next, I created a high-fidelity prototype. To solve the problem, I use the Design Thinking methodology. in helping to solve complex problems with unknown variables by understanding human needs. The stages of design thinking are Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. In addition, the design thought method also applies an iterative model in designing the appearance and functional requirements of the product.
